RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1) All returns are to be sent back to our office within 5 working days (Malaysia)/ 10 working days (International).

2) We DO NOT provide cash refund.

Our easy return and exchange policy is ONLY for the exchange of size and color of the same product. In the event where the item for exchange is not available, we will issue a Summer & Peach Store Voucher.

4) Please note that exchange/returns are NOT applicable for the following:

a) Washed Products
Our exchange/return only applicable for un-washed bras

b) Panties
This is to ensure and guarantee of hygiene of panties sold to clients.

c) Sales/promotional/best buy items.

6)Request for Return/Exchange can only be made once per order number. Client is not entitled to make another request for return/exchange for the exchanged product using the same order number.

7)For quality control and hygiene purposes, all items must be returned in its original condition (Tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Summer and Peach reserves the right to deny the request of exchange should the this above-mentioned conditions are breached.

8) Shipping Fee For Return/Exchange

Malaysia*:

Client is to ship the product(s) to us and thereafter,  we will arrange for delivery of exchanged product(s).

Singapore*:

All shipping cost will be borne by client. Client is to ship the product(s) to us and thereafter,  to purchase the Shipping Label in order for us to arrange for shipping to the intended destination.

 

HOW TO INITIATE RETURN/EXCHANGE ?

Malaysia*:

STEP 1: Please email to contact@summerandpeach.com.  Our friendly team is ready to hear you out and in the event of exchange, to check the availability of products to be exchanged. *

International:

STEP 1: Please email to contact@summerandpeach.com. Our friendly team is ready to hear you out and in the event of exchange, to check the availability of products to be exchanged.

NOTES:

1) The colors of our products may varies slightly (10%-20%) due to the studio lighting condition.

2) There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and if you are unsure, please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.

3) For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
